Ad Hoc Repair Services
We appreciate that some businesses can find themselves with faulty hardware that is not currently supported by anyone. In this scenario we are more than happy to offer either an in-house repair service or even a call out to your premises where we will endeavor to repair the unit onsite.
Our standard callout charge is £45 + Vat and this includes the first hour labour. Any parts required would of course be quoted before installation.
Once the unit is repaired if you would then like to place this and perhaps other units under our Hardware Support services, then we would be more than happy to offset some of the repair costs against an ongoing annual support contract.
